HR Specialist (C&B focus)

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including compensation and benefits, compliance, policy implementation, and employee relations.

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Compensation and Benefits
  • Handle compulsory insurances (social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance) and Pixelz Care insurance tasks.
  • Manage, double check the precision of the timekeeping report, leave report, OT report.
  • In charge of calculating payroll, taxes, deductions, insurances…and make sure employees get salary on time and correctly.
  • Manage employees' supporting documents, decisions complying with Vietnamese laws.
  • Manage and update personnel databases and periodical reports.
  • Communicating and maintaining the company’s compensation and benefit policies and procedures.
  • Update all new regulations and trends about compensation and benefits, total rewards to consult Human Resource Manager with appropriate changes to optimize cost and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and implementing policies and procedures.
2. Employee relation and others
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to address HR-related issues and develop solutions to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Expatriate services: To provide support to expatriate staff in the work permit, visa/ temporary residency card application process.
  • Handle exit procedure and exit report as requested.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager/ Director.
  • Support other HR functions if needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR positions.
  • Profound knowledge in Compensation and Benefits function.
  • Good understanding of all HR functions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Experienced in working with foreigners.
  • Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and self-driven.
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
