For the last 10 years Javier has focused on understanding and designing creative environments. Studios where professionals can develop their skills and grow as people and professionals. Javier has worked at brands like Zara, Esprit or NA-KD and now at MANGO to contribute to the photo-studio creative and productive development.

Faye has been working within Film & Photography for over 15 years, with experience in Makeup, Retouch & Creative Operations. She has been a key contributor to the growth of THG Studios, from its humble beginnings to becoming one of the biggest custom built creative studios in Europe at 11.6 acres. Servicing clients such as Disney, Campari, On Running, Look Fantastic and Elemis. Faye’s focus is on supporting creatives to do great work, whilst managing efficient processes, supporting software’s and great client relationships.

Jonathan is an accomplished product manager working in the fields of apps, technology, data, and photo solutions. He’s worked with startups and brands to implement and launch solutions that make users’ lives better. Jonathan is excited to share the methodologies, processes, and tips that have helped his teams succeed.

David is the Senior Director of Photography Production at Aritzia and a creative industry leader with over a decade of experience in photo production, creative project management, and operations. His experience has given him an understanding of the strategic, production, and operational aspects of the business, and a desire to maximize efficiencies and creative output. He has a foundational knowledge of revenue-driving creative studios with a dedication to future strategy and processes and is ready to challenge convention and traditional ways of working to improve creative development and delivery.

Kat is an accomplished British fashion photographer who has shot national and international campaigns for leading brands featured across print and broadcast mediums.
Kat currently leads the Studio creative, production and photography for the UK’s fastest growing fashion group Boohoo. Running one of the largest studios in the UK, she and her team produce high quality creative content at scale as part of the e-commerce gallery and marketing campaigns.
Digitech and Video Editing Lead
Adrian is a creative with a passion for images and clear communication. Currently, the Team Lead of the Digitech and Video Editing teams at Zalando Studios Berlin. Previously, he worked for Eastern Europe’s largest e-com player, eMag. Adrian has also worked in print as Art Director for magazines such as Glamour and Marie Claire.
CMO
Katrine Rasmussen is the CMO at Pixelz. She has 15 years of experience in all things marketing, but she’s especially passionate about tech, B2B, and SaaS marketing. She’s currently leading the fantastic team that’s hard at work making FLOW: Barcelona the greatest event for e-com post-production and she can’t wait for Sept 15th to arrive.

Thomas is the CEO at Pixelz and has spent numerous years as board member and leader within creative industries. For Thomas, everything is possible with true cooperation and structure. As a leader of innovative and creative companies, he knows the ins and outs of building successful teams and managing complex changes and transitions.

Jakob Østerby is COO at Pixelz and after spending the first few years streamlining and scaling the global production, Jakob has spent the last 4 years focusing on elevating the customer experience and expanding the product offering, including new media types such as Editorial Retouching. The well-being and success of his team has always been a part of Jakob’s DNA as a former professional handball player.

Daniel Jester is an experienced creative production professional who has managed production teams, built and launched new studios, and produced large-scale projects. He's currently the Chief Evangelist at Creative Force but has a breadth of experience in a variety of studio environments. Creative-minded, while able to effectively plan for and manage a complex project, he bridges the gap between spreadsheets and creative talent.
Studio Operations Manager
Matthew Miller is the Studio Operations Manager of Photography at Saks, the premier luxury ecommerce platform. He has 12 years of experience in the photography industry, all of them with the Saks Fifth Avenue brand. His ability to build strong relationships and his aptitude for operations have been instrumental in helping his team evolve into a leader in the luxury fashion photography space. Matthew most recently oversaw a new 50,000 square foot studio buildout for Saks in downtown New York City.

Fashion Editor & Art Director with more than 11 years experience within the fashion industry, both editorial, commercial and e-commerce. During this time I have been able to develop creative and photo production skills which has allowed me to oversee projects from beginning to end, anticipate different types of scenarios and obtain the best results.

Elisa Carnicer is a fashion photographer working national and internacionally for different brands and projects such as Ralph Lauren, Net-A-Porter, Next, & Other Stories, M&S and Massimo Dutti. Previously, she has worked for Mango, on the online studio, where she understood the dinamics of an e-commerce and what it means working with different profiles involved on the department.
Customer Success Director, North America
Ryan is a right and left-brain problem solver with a holistic view of production processes and how they interact with one another. His interest in identifying core operational inefficiencies translates into cost reductions and actionable productivity-enhancing solutions for his clients. Having worked on all sides of the content creation and asset implementation processes for top studios and brands, Ryan approaches projects with a deep understanding and appreciation for the needs of all stakeholders.

No need to be an AI expert to enjoy this session and Sébastien will also be answering any questions about AI in a Q&A session.
