Photography Lead
Creative Manager and photographer, widely and internationally experienced in the fashion e-commerce business, with a constant focus on qualitative visual assets, collaborative teams and creative innovation. Currently managing photography for Mango in Barcelona.
Partner
Clair is a multi-disciplinary fashion and retail executive who brings a strong combination of creative vision, strategic thinking and leadership experience to her clients. She is a Partner at Forecast, where she helps brands identify and implement strategies and best practices around creative and content. Her clients range from high-street to high end and include Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, UnderArmour, The Gap, REI, and more.
Process and Logistics Manager
After almost 25 years in Creative Industry as a retoucher, designer and artworker Wojciech took a step ahead to combine his professional experiences with the university degree. He moved to Operations as a Process and Innovation Manager at THG Studios. Wojciech is looking at process improvements, new ways of working and how it could be combined with technology.

Louise has lived in the world of creative content production for over 20 years, on both the creative and operational side. Spending the last 8 years specifically leading large in-house ecommerce content production teams at Net-A-Porter, Zalando Studios and Ssense, responsible for producing high quality content for up to 400,000 fashion and beauty branded products a year. Building a creative space that is 'best-in-class' creatively, operationally and culturally is at the heart of what she does.
Head of Studio
Marina has always had a passion for audiovisual content and creative processes. Always looking for the balance between creativity and process efficiency, today she is the Head of Studio at Alohas, leading the company’s creative content production under the mission to encourage responsible shopping and fight against overproduction. Her professional goal is to contribute in making fashion a more ethical and healthy industry.
Photo Studio Technical Lead
Mateusz has been working with setting up flows and building e-com studios for almost a decade now. Having a background in both photography and front end development has led me to really understand on how to design and to build e-com photo studios and flows for maximum efficiency.
Head of Operational Excellence
Over 10 years of experience in E-commerce, specialized in Kids' fashion and products. Heading digital catalogue production operations and the team handling photo, product copy and web publishing. Leading process optimization projects, some to highlight - in-house PIM and DAM systems development as well as PIM market solution implementation.
Director of Photography
Tracey Woods is the Director of Photography at The Luupe and a freelance creative consultant and producer. Prior to this, she was the photo director at Essence Communications. Tracey has produced editorial and commercial content for a variety of well-known brands, participated in panels, and sat on juries for some of the top photography organizations around the globe. As an artist and photographer, Tracey draws inspiration from beauty in the unexpected.
CEO
Thomas is the CEO at Pixelz and has spent numerous years as board member and leader within creative industries. For Thomas, everything is possible with true cooperation and structure. As a leader of innovative and creative companies, he knows the ins and outs of building successful teams and managing complex changes and transitions.
CMO
Katrine Rasmussen is the CMO at Pixelz. She has 15 years of experience in all things marketing, but she’s especially passionate about tech, B2B, and SaaS marketing. She’s currently leading the fantastic team that’s hard at work making FLOW: Barcelona the greatest event for e-com post-production and she can’t wait for Sept 15th to arrive.
R&D Leader
Sébastien is the R&D leader at Pixelz. He has nearly a decade of experience in computer vision and is currently building a dream team R&D and automation powerhouse. The team's focus is not only algorithms but also how to make humans and AI work together and provide better value to customers.

Carlos Perez is the Head of Product at Pixelz, focused on continuously improving the platform and the product offering based on customer needs and market trends. In his career, he has worked as a creative in fashion content creation for high-end brands and magazines like Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. Carlos has also worked as a manager in e-commerce studio production for Mango and Zalando and taught Photography in Spain and France.
