Event Coordinator


THE ROLE

Our marketing team at Pixelz is seeking an Event Coordinator to support our in-person and digital events. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in event production and marketing, and is interested in further professional development in these areas.

This person will have the opportunity to be a part of the core team working on our flagship event series - FLOW, as well as support 3rd party and own in-person events, webinars and other marketing initiatives. This role will give you an ability to work with an array of marketing channels and collaborate with various go-to-market team members (Marketing, Sales, CS).

The position is based in our Hanoi office in Vietnam

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Support coordination and execution of own webinars and virtual events.
  • Coordinate various aspects of 3rd party events participation (e.g. logistics, agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, giveaways, staffing, budgets)
  • Support with the overall execution of Pixelz’s events - FLOW and FLOW Local
  • Support the development and execution of various marketing initiatives (podcast, webinars, campaigns, etc)
  • Work closely with the marketing team members on different deliverables: social media content, paid ads, design assets, etc.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in event production, marketing or project management role
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are ready to travel when necessary (1-2 a year)
  • Are eager to learn various aspects of event production and marketing
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Are high-energy, resourceful, and own a solution-focused attitude
  • Have the ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere with multiple competing priorities
